Me and my buddy Shawn went at night to take a picture of this beautiful Temple in Wilmette, Illinois. None of my shots came out the way I wanted.
So, a few days later my wife had a “bra party” at the house. My 11 year old son wanted to stay home, but mom said no way! Sorry Patrick. So we grabbed the gear and went to reshoot this Temple while there was daylight. I think it came out ok.

The use of the clouds (in the majority of the shots), makes many of them kind of ‘man against nature’. Outstanding perspectives; kudos.

James….love your pictures! Chicago is 100 miles n/e of me and it is a nice place to visit but I wouldn’t want to live there! I left Midway airport last summer..what is a 2 hour trip to my house from there took well let me just say 4 hours later I was still trying to get out of Chicago! I think I managed to go thru every suberb there is! Traffic there is unbelievable since I come from a little”berg” of 11,000 people and 2 lane roads.

Good job on the photo’s. Scenery/animals make great
shots. Esp. when not expected. Have a niece that has a
business doing photo work. She does weddings/school yr
books/etc. Think you can have fun and go far with
